Hammett, PA, June 18, 2017: For the fifth time in seven scheduled events in 2017 Eriez Speedway has been forced to cancel racing due to weather. The Dick Litz Memorial will be rescheduled at a date to be determined.

Eriez pioneer was a fan favorite. Hammett, PA (June 14, 2017): The 1983 Late Model Champion at Eriez Speedway was the then very familiar #29 of Erie’s own Dick Litz. $2000 to win E-Mods plus Dan McGarvie Memorial this Sunday!

Hammett, PA, (June 1, 2017): Another attempt will be made to run the rain-delayed Dan McGarvie Memorial this Sunday for the Kandy’s Gentlemen’s Club Super Challengers at Eriez Speedway with the Ran-Den Excavating E-Mods sharing center stage. The McGarvie Memorial will pay $500 to the winner while the E-Mod event will be $2000 to win. Transponders in 2017

Transponders Mandatory in 2017! You must all have them by June 1 – as this allows time due to late notice. The only class exempt is the challenger class. Limited transponders will be for rent at the track. Rental is $20 and your license. Upon return, you will receive your license back. There will be penalties for not having them &/or not having them charged

2017 Schedule

The 2017 Season is scheduled to begin on Sunday, May 7, 2017.  Opening night is presented by Miller Beer and all weekly classes will be in action with it being the first points night. Hess Jr wins opening night of September Sweep in spectacular fashion!
